Moharam Pasha Residential Compound is set on a 24000 m2 of land covered by 14 turnkey residential/ commercial buildings (15 floors), 5000 square meters garages, three water fountains, clinics center, office units & buildings, hyper markets& a fire brigade unit, all kind of infrastructures & utilities for the compound. Grantech is currently working in the project’s third which includes delivering 3 turnkey buildings and finalizing the project’s infrastructure and networks.
