Project Brief
A prestigious community located at km81 of the North coast road. Carthage Resort is finely-designed with the Tunisian spirit blended by a modern architecture touch presenting an exclusive luxurious destination over the North Coast. It is set on a 200000 square meters covered by 55 turnkey residential buildings , 695 villas , roads& walkways , swimming pools , landscape and beach area, tens of kilometers of infrastructures & utility networks, 5000 square meters shopping center, spa & gymnasium. The resort is equipped a state-of-art sewage treatment plant& drinking water R-O treatment plant. Two phases of the project were delivered & are currently managed, operated & maintained by Grantech Constructions.
